Lenovo's Moto Z2 Force will be a shatterproof device, shows leaked video - India Today


After announcing the most awaited smartphones of the year - Moto G5 and G5 Plus, Lenovo is now working on several other Motorola devices. The smartphone manufacturer, if the rumours are to be believed is working on Moto C, C Plus, Moto E4, E4 Plus, and also prepping up to extend its Z series lineup with Moto Z2 and Z2 Force.

Speculations about all the above-mentioned devices have been making rounds on the web for quite some time now. And all of them gives us a rough picture about how the device. A newly leaked video shows the rumoured Moto Z2 Force phone from all angles and shows that Moto Z2 Force is going to be the strongest Motorola phone ever, which as the report suggest will not break if fall.

Moto Z2 Force is going to be the successor of the previously announce Moto Z Force, which ditched the headphone jack. However, as far as the rumours are concerned, the upcoming Moto Z2 Force will supposedly bring back the headphone jack yet again, reports Android Authority. Well, this should be taken with a pinch of salt as these are just rumours and no confirmation by the company has come as of yet.

Further, speculations also suggest that the upcoming Moto Z2 Force is going to come with a much bigger battery, improved and higher-resolution camera, and shatterproof display. The report comes from The Verge. Furthermore, Android Authority now leaks a few handy images of the Moto Z2 Force now, which clearly reveals the specifications.

The smartphone was earlier spotted on GeekBench as well. The listing revealed a few specification s which is very much similar to that of what the leaked images show. Hence, in terms of specifications, the Moto Z2 Force appears to be much sleeker as compared to the Moto Z2, which was also spotted on GeekBench days ago. Further, the smartphone is tipped to come with a dual rear camera set-up. Above the camera at the rear side, are two sensors.

Further, the Moto Z2 Force will come with Moto Mod magnetic pins on the rear panel. At the front, this Motorola smartphone comes with a fingerprint scanner, pretty-much similar t that of the Moto G5 Plus, right beside which is a dual-tone front facing flash placed. Right at the top edge of the smartphone is the Motorola branding, while the company logo is situated on the rear panel.

Z2 Force is also expected to come with Snapdragon 835 SoC and the latest Android Nougat update. No further details about the smartphone as been revealed as of now. Further, a report coming from Android Authority shows that the upcoming Moto Z 2 Force is going to be one of the strongest device ever in the lineup. This is because the smartphone will support Category 16 downloads on its network. The report further claims that the Moto Z2 Force is going to be a shatterproof device.

Alongside the Moto Z2 Force, Lenovo is also working on other Z series Motorola smartphone dubbed to be the Moto Z2. Both the Z2 devices are going to sport a pretty much similar design. The Moto Z2 device was also spotted on GekkBench, which revealed that the smartphone will come with a model number XTI650. Further, the Motorola smartphone is expected to be powered by Qualcomm's latest processor - Snapdragon 835 SoC and run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat. Further, the Motorola smartphone will come packed with 4GB of RAM.

No other details about the smartphone have been highlighted as of now. However, the company is allegedly working on announcing the Moto Z series devices - both Z2 and Z2 Force by the end of June. Although, Lenovo is yet to confirm the launch date for now. The smartphone manufacturer may also announce the Moto C and E series devices very soon.
