New Sony Xperia phones allegedly photographed before MWC 2017 debut

A few weeks back, Sony announced its presence at MWC 2017, inviting us to discover its "latest innovations" on February 27.
While the company doesn't say exactly what it's planning to announce at MWC, rumors have it that we're going to see multiple Xperia smartphones at the event, from low-end to high-end models.

So me of Sony's upcoming handsets might be shown in the leaked images below. Originating from China, the photos seemingly show at least three different Xperia models, including one with 4 GB of RAM and a prominent front facing camera (with its own LED flash).

If previous rumors are to be believed, Sony intends to launch two 5.5-inch Xperia phones this year: one with a 4K (2160 x 3840 pixels) screen to succeed the Xperia Z5 Premium, and another one with a Quad HD (1440 x 2560 pixels) screen. These two handsets might be the models seen in the foreground in the first photo below.

We have to note that these newly leaked images come with no extra details, so we could o nly speculate about them. Moreover, while the photos appear to show real, unannounced Xperia phones, we can't vouch for their authenticity. In any case, we do hope that Sony has exciting smartphones to reveal at MWC this month.

Thanks for the tip, Ketty!
