Intex Aqua 4.0 4G With Stunning AMOLED Display And Nothing More For Rs. 4199 - CrazyEngineers

Just after unveiling the Aqua Young 4G, Intex Technologies had a hidden surprise for us which was uncovered by a telecom store called Mahesh Telecom. Intex quietly took the covers off their new smartphone called the Aqua 4.0 4G. The name Intex Aqua 4.0 4G holds two clues about the features of the smartphone. The Intex Aqua 4.0 4G has a 4inch AMOLED display with WVGA resolution. Intex is probably the only company that would offer an AMOLED display for less than five thousand rupees. The Intex Aqua 4.0 4G costs just 4,199 and will be available in Black, Blue and Champagne colour variants in offline as well as online stores from a couple weeks from now. Like all new Intex smartphones, the Intex Aqua 4.0 4G is a 4G capable smartphone. We don't know for sure if it supports VoLTE or not.

Sadly the good things about the smartphone come to an end just after the stunning display. Underneath the hood we get a 1.3GHz quad-core processor and 512MB of RAM which can barely sustain the Android Marshmallow operating system. The internal memory of the Intex Aqua 4.0 4G is a paltry 4GB one and yes a microSD card slot is duly included for memory expansion up to 32GB. When it comes to cameras things go further downhill as we find a 2MP rear camera with LED flash and a VGA sensor on the front. Sadly with these cameras the phone look like something we bought back in 2010.

The connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and microUSB. The Intex Aqua 4.0 4G is powered by a 1500mAh battery which would need a juice up twice a day if you are not careful about usage. We might grumble about the Intex Aqua 4.0 4G but for what it's worth in money it offers a decent experience to the new smartphone user.
