There's still some steam left in LeEco's engine as the company just launched a brand new phone, the Le Pro 3 AI Edition, in China. If that wasn't enough, software pros inside the company, have infused the Le Pro 3 AI Edition with LeEco's own take on virtual assistance. Last but not the least; the Le Pro 3 AI Edition also comes with twin rear cameras. That's quite literally a lot of smartphone for CNY 1,799 (roughly Rs 16,884). There's also a high-end Eco edition available that costs CNY 2,399 (roughly Rs 22,515) for those who fancy more power.
In line with the latest trend among OEMs, LeEco's new phone comes with its own virtual assistant -- on top of Google's Assistant hopefully - that it calls LeLe. LeEco's take on Apple's Siri and Microsoft's Cortana, aka LeLe, is capable of learning and evolving with time, according to the company. The AI can be activated even when the screen is off, and will apparently be integrated with all of LeEco's proprietary apps.Moving on, the Le Pro 3 has two 13-megapixel cameras on the rear with f/2.0 aperture, phase detection autofocus, and a dual-LED flash. While one of the sensors takes RGB shots, the other sensor is capable of shooting the same picture in monochrome. On the front, the Le Pro 3 comes with an 8-megapixel camera with f/2.2 aperture.
The Le Pro 3 is an all-metal phone with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and a 5.5-inch full-HD screen.
While the standard Le Pro 3 is powered by a MediaTek Helio X23 processor clubbed with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of memory, the Eco edition of the phone comes with a heftier MediaTek Helio X27 chipset and 64 gigs of internal storage.
Both the phones run Android 6.0 Marshmallow-based EUI and are backed by a 4,000mAh battery.
